OCAF is located at 34 School Street in Historic Watkinsville Georgia.

The Oconee Cultural Arts Foundation (OCAF)  is a non-profit 501(c)(3) charity that is not supported by tax dollars of any kind. All of our programs are open to the public regardless of what county they live in. OCAF members receive valuable discounts on classes, workshops and special events. Although membership is suggested it is not required.

Much sought-after in the US and abroad, watercolor and Chinese painting artist, teacher and author Lian Quan Zhen will offer a free demo and book signing in our Main Gallery on Sunday, January 11 at 2pm. Lian will also have his art, books and teaching videos on sale.

The Great Folk Parade: From Finster Forward
Exhibition Dates: January 23 – February 20, 2015

The 'Great Folk Parade' is the largest exhibit of self-taught artists of the south in recent history. Included in the exhibit will be art in the form of textiles, paintings and objects that defy a category. Don't miss this rare opportunity to add artists and vintage masterworks to your collection! If you have ever wondered if you would enjoy the art of pottery, this is the class for you! This six-week intensive course for beginners will cover pottery basics and introduce you to the joy of throwing pottery on the wheel.
